Perishable nature of flowers

Fresh flowers are delicate and perishable. Each stem is unique, and natural variations in color, size, and openness are expected. Product photos on our site are examples of size and style rather than exact replicas.

If something isn’t right

If you’re unhappy with how your flowers arrived, please email us a photo and a brief description within 24 hours of delivery. This helps us see what you’re seeing and understand what went wrong.

After 24 hours, we’re usually unable to assess whether any issue is due to product quality or to care and environment once the flowers have left the studio.

Resolutions we may offer

When a quality issue is confirmed, we may offer one of the following, depending on the situation:

  • A replacement arrangement of equal or greater value
  • A partial credit toward a future order
  • A full credit toward a future order

Refunds back to the original payment method are considered case‑by‑case and are not guaranteed for perishable items.

Change‑of‑mind & preferences

Because everything is made to order and flowers cannot be returned to stock, we’re unable to provide refunds or replacements for change‑of‑mind, personal taste, or stylistic differences when the design reasonably reflects the product description and size ordered.

Cancellations & timing

Orders can usually be cancelled with a full refund if we receive your request at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

Once flowers and materials have been purchased or design work has begun, a cancellation fee may apply, or cancellation may no longer be possible. For same‑day orders, cancellations are rarely possible after the order is placed.

Non‑floral items

Non‑perishable items such as vases and candles may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days in unused condition. Please contact us before returning anything so we can confirm the details and process.
