Delivery policy

Service area
Fresh Cut currently offers hand delivery within the inner city and nearby suburbs. If you’re just outside this area, get in touch and we’ll see what’s possible.
Same‑day deliveries
Same‑day deliveries are available Tuesday to Saturday for orders placed by 1:00 PM local time, subject to capacity. Once the run is full, the next available day will be shown at checkout.
During peak dates (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.), earlier cut‑off times may apply. Any changes will be clearly displayed on the site banner.
Delivery windows
Deliveries are made within general windows (morning, afternoon, or early evening). We can’t guarantee exact times but do our best to work with your notes.
For time‑critical deliveries (for example, events or restaurant bookings), contact the studio before placing your order so we can confirm what’s realistic.
Recipient availability
Please provide accurate delivery details and a contact number for the recipient or venue. If nobody is available at the address, our driver will follow any instructions you’ve left (leave at door, leave with concierge, etc.) when it’s safe to do so.
If we can’t safely leave the flowers and a re‑delivery is required, an additional fee may apply.
Access & security
For secure buildings and workplaces, please include entry instructions, gate codes, or concierge details. If our driver cannot gain access within a reasonable time, we may need to contact you to reschedule.
Weather & traffic
Severe weather, traffic incidents, and other unexpected events can occasionally affect delivery times. We’ll let you know as soon as possible if we anticipate delays and work with you on the best solution.
