1. Agreement

By using the Fresh Cut website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service along with our Delivery, Refund, and Privacy policies. Please read them before ordering.

2. Products & substitutions

Product photos on the site show the general size and style of each design. Because flowers are seasonal, we may substitute stems of equal or greater value while keeping the overall look and palette as close as possible.

Minor differences in flower variety, color tone, and stem count are normal and not considered a fault if the arrangement remains within the promised size and vibe.

3. Pricing & payment

• All prices are listed in local currency and include GST where applicable.
• Prices may change over time, but confirmed orders are charged at the price shown at checkout.
• Payment is taken in full at the time you place your order.
• We accept major cards via secure payment providers; we do not store full card details.

4. Delivery

Delivery terms, including service area, cut‑off times, and handling of missed deliveries, are outlined in our Delivery Policy. By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed and accept those conditions.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery details. Additional fees may apply if a re‑delivery is required due to incorrect information or inaccessible locations.

5. Cancellations & changes

We’ll always try to help with order changes or cancellations, but timing matters. Requests received well before the delivery date are more likely to be possible.

Once flowers and materials have been purchased, design work has started, or your order is on the road, cancellation or changes may not be available, or fees may apply.

6. Limitations of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Fresh Cut will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site—including text, images, branding, and designs—is owned by or licensed to Fresh Cut Studio. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be handled by the courts located in New South Wales, unless local consumer laws require otherwise.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, the “Effective date” above will change. Continued use of the site or services after updates are posted means you accept the revised terms.
